Last year Billy Corgan announced a short stint of acoustic shows that proved to be a huge success. Not only did fans get to hear the hits acoustically, Billy also brought out some deep cuts and songs that have never been heard acoustically before.
Now the Smashing Pumpkins have just announced a more extensive run of acoustic dates that covers coast to coast. Fans can expect more of the same – restructured acoustic versions of the hits along with some surprises each night. The Smashing Pumpkins also announced that Liz Phair will be opening the show every night of the tour – something she has not done in years.
