In a move that surprised a lot of fans, the Killers had a very special guest that performed during the encore at Madison Square Garden in New York City October 1st. Bruce Springsteen performed “Badlands” with the Killers followed up with “A Dusty Fairytale”, and finished the evening with “Born to Run”.
Frontman Brandon Flowers coyly told the crowd, “Everybody gets a little nervous when their boss shows up for work, right?” Bruce needs no introduction and received a warm welcome from the Garden faithful. Additionally, Bruce brough along Jake Clemons on saxophone and is the nephew of former E Street legend Clarence Clemons. It was a special encore that had fans on their feet!

Springsteen has been popping up a lot recently appearing on stage with Paul McCartney and Coldplay this year. Bruce is set to launch a massive worldwide tour in 2023 which is a tough ticket to get and was met with criticism about the ticket prices for platinum seats and reseller prices.
If The Killers are coming to your town, don’t miss the opportunity. You never know who might pop in as a surprise guest! They wrap up the Noth American leg of the tour in October before heading to Colombia in November and continuing their worldwide tour.
