The amazing 6+ hour long marathon concert honoring the late Foo Fighters drummer, Taylor Hawkins, has just received an Emmy nomination, and it’s no surprise given the magnitude of the event! Held at the iconic Wembley Stadium in London last September, the show on September 3 was an extraordinary gathering of musical luminaries, all close friends and peers of Hawkins and his bandmate, Dave Grohl.

This memorable event was streamed live on Paramount+ and later featured on CBS, which broadcasted highlights. Furthermore, a one-hour MTV special took the global audience by storm, followed by a two-hour version. The live stream lasted a remarkable six hours and drew a staggering 90,000 viewers. Musicians and fans alike hailed it as a moving tribute to Hawkins, who passed away in March 2022, commemorating his life and indelible legacy.
